José Francisco Gierbolin (CEO)
José Francisco Gierbolini is the CEO of SCAP Broker. He is a lawyer, professor, and legal compliance expert with over 25 years of experience in law and finance. He has an LL.M. in International Law and Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. He also holds degrees in Industrial Psychology and Biochemistry. He is authorized to practice law at the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS). At SCAP Broker, he creates new financial products, ensures global legal compliance, and promotes safe digital markets.
Choyo Gomex. (Brand Ambassador) At 18 years old, Choyo Gomex crossed the U.S. border hidden in the trunk of a car with nothing but a dream and an unbreakable determination to change his life. Years later, while still undocumented and earning $1.75 an hour as a dishwasher, he graduated from Pepperdine University and later earned an MBA in Marketing, defying every limitation placed in front of him. Mentored by legendary success pioneer Earl Nightingale, Choyo transformed adversity into achievement and retired at age 50 after building a successful business career. Today, Choyo Gomex is an international speaker and author who inspires audiences worldwide with powerful lessons on mindset, resilience, purpose, and creating extraordinary results against all odds.

Daniel Boutcharski is the Commercial Director of SCAP Broker. He is an enterprise sales professional with 12+ years of experience in complex B2B sales across IBM, Salesforce, and high-growth startups. He has closed $4M+ in career ACV through multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles, including seven-figure ARR contracts with municipalities, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, and completed an international exchange at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France. At SCAP Broker, he leads commercial strategy, drives enterprise pipeline development, and brings hands-on technical fluency in AI voice agents and automation infrastructure to guide clients through complex evaluations and deployments

Sebastian Suarez (Engineer, Tech & IT) He has a strong background in leading technical teams and updating digital systems for multinational media companies. Sebastian co-founded a TV network in Uruguay and has been the CEO of top software agencies. He has worked with major companies like Mercado Libre, AWS (Amazon Web Services), and the Tsakos Group (Greek). At SCAP Broker, he uses his technical leadership to manage the company’s technology and daily operations.
