Faced with the scarcity of serious financial training in Latin America, he decides to migrate to the United States with a clear mission: to build an educational academy that empowers people through knowledge of the stock markets

The first legal entities that are still active today are constituted:
Smart Capital S.A.S. – Bogotá, Colombia.
That same year, we began to form a solid community, accompanying hundreds of users in their financial learning process.
Education and passive income opportunity
We detected that many of our students were not only looking for training, but also tools to generate passive income.
We started relationships as Introducing Broker (IB) with various platforms, which revealed the reality of the traditional broker model: lack of transparency and hidden practices.
Since then, we decided to build an ethical and different model, based on trust and customer security.
The purpose of being part of the 1% of reliable brokers was born.
Financial innovation: SCAP Card
We launched our first crypto-fiat card, one of the few of its kind that is still active in 2025. This milestone marked our entry into the world of hybrid financial services.
