Jos\u00e9 Francisco Gierbolini is the CEO of SCAP Broker. He is a lawyer, professor, and legal compliance expert with over 25 years of experience in law and finance. He has an LL.M. in International Law and Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. He also holds degrees in Industrial Psychology and Biochemistry. He is authorized to practice law at the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS). At SCAP Broker, he creates new financial products, ensures global legal compliance, and promotes safe digital markets.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, and completed an international exchange at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France.
